CRYO H&I CLN120 Liquid Nitrogen Generator
Brand - CRYO H&I
The CRYO H&I CLN120 is a high-output automated system for producing at least 120 L of liquid nitrogen per day. The integrated 300 L Dewar vessel provides a substantial operating LN₂ inventory. The system uses ambient air and includes an oil-free air compressor, nitrogen generation module, GM cryocooler, helium compressor, cryogenic vessel, and automatic control. The model is suitable for large research centers and industrial facilities, food and metallurgical technologies, cryogenic material treatment, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, and other processes with high continuous liquid nitrogen consumption. On-site generation makes it possible to plan an in-house LN₂ supply and reduce dependence on external deliveries.
High-Output On-site Liquid Nitrogen Supply
The CLN120 is intended for facilities with high and regular liquid nitrogen consumption. The system provides a complete on-site cycle: it prepares ambient air, separates nitrogen, liquefies it, and stores the finished product. An output of at least 120 L/day and a 300 L Dewar vessel make it possible to maintain an inventory for extended technological and research processes while reducing the impact of transport logistics and possible supply delays.
How the Generator Works
The oil-free compressor compresses ambient air, after which the nitrogen generation module separates nitrogen from the other components of air. The purified gas enters the cryogenic module, where the GM cryocooler, operating together with the helium compressor, creates the temperature required to liquefy nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen produced at a temperature of approximately -196 °C is collected in a vacuum-insulated Dewar vessel.
Control and Daily Operation
The automatic control system coordinates operation of the compressor, gas separation, and cryogenic equipment. The finished LN₂ is stored in the integrated 300 L Dewar vessel and is available for subsequent withdrawal. The water chiller is supplied as an option, allowing the unit to be integrated into the facility's engineering infrastructure or configured with a separate cooling circuit.
Key Advantages
Output of at least 120 L/day. The highest output in the presented CLN range.
300 L LN₂ inventory. The integrated vessel provides a reserve for high and uneven loads.
Supply autonomy. On-site production reduces dependence on external logistics.
Flexible integration. The optional chiller allows the cooling system to be adapted to facility conditions.
