CRYO H&I CLN60 Liquid Nitrogen Generator
Brand - CRYO H&I
The CRYO H&I CLN60 is an automated generator for producing at least 60 L of liquid nitrogen per day, with an integrated 100 L Dewar vessel. The unit uses ambient air and combines an oil-free air compressor, nitrogen generation module, GM cryocooler, helium compressor, storage system, and automatic control. The model is intended for industrial and central laboratories, research complexes, food production, metallurgy and cryogenic material treatment, semiconductor, electronics, and other technological processes with increased regular LN₂ consumption. Production at the facility makes it possible to maintain an in-house liquid nitrogen inventory and reduce dependence on external logistics.
Increased Output for Research and Production Tasks
The CLN60 is designed for facilities where liquid nitrogen is used regularly and in larger volumes. The system performs all main stages on site: ambient air preparation, gaseous nitrogen generation, liquefaction, and storage in a cryogenic vessel. An output of at least 60 L/day and an integrated 100 L inventory help maintain the continuity of technological, laboratory, and research work and reduce risks associated with delivery schedules.
How the Generator Works
The oil-free compressor compresses ambient air, after which the nitrogen generation module separates nitrogen from the other components of air. The purified gas enters the cryogenic module, where the GM cryocooler, operating together with the helium compressor, creates the temperature required to liquefy nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen produced at a temperature of approximately -196 °C is collected in a vacuum-insulated Dewar vessel.
Control and Daily Operation
The automatic control system monitors the operating sequence of the main components and production parameters. The finished LN₂ is stored in the integrated 100 L Dewar vessel for subsequent withdrawal. The water chiller is available as an option: the unit can be integrated into the existing cooling circuit or supplied with a separate chiller according to site conditions.
Key Advantages
Output of at least 60 L/day. The model is intended for increased continuous LN₂ consumption.
Integrated 100 L inventory. The Dewar vessel helps compensate for uneven consumption.
Complete cycle at the facility. Generation, liquefaction, storage, and control are combined in one system.
Cooling options. Connection to a water circuit or supply with a separate chiller is possible.
