Silbermann manufactures male adapters for connecting medical gas equipment to compatible medical gas outlets and hose assemblies.
Versions are available for BS 5682, Chemetron, Puritan Bennett, NIST, ENV, DISS and Sil-Ohio Diamond standards. The adapter standard and gas-specific version are selected according to the outlet type and the equipment being connected.
The design of each adapter corresponds to a specific medical gas outlet standard.
The gas-specific configuration helps prevent incorrect connections, while the marking facilitates identification of the gas service.
The adapters have a 1/8″ NPT equipment-side connection.
Depending on the model, they can be used to connect medical equipment directly or as end connections for hose assemblies.
